Terms & Conditions

All products sold by BigOAudio.Com are new, first quality (never seconds) brand name merchandise. We do offer factory reconditioned items, the condition of those items are marked as factory reconditioned and they all offer a limited warranty.
BigOAudio.Com will honor a full one year limited warranty on all brand new items.
All warranty claims must be made through BigOAudio.com customer service. If  for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact BigOAudio.Com either by e-mail customer.service@BigOAudio.com, for disposition.

Online Orders

Currently we can only take and fulfill online (website) orders from persons: 
1. Paying in U.S dollars. 
2. Shipping and requesting delivery are within the United States and Canada only. For more information regarding special orders please check our shipping information page.

Merchandise Returns

In order to make your shopping experience more convenient, we've extended our return and exchange policy to 30 days.  No returns will be accepted without prior authorization. To request a Return Authorization Number for any warranty product please call us at 760-295-4977.  In the first 14 days returns can be for replacement, refund, or merchandise credit. Shipping charges are not refundable.
All items must be shipped freight prepaid and double-boxed with the Return Authorization number displayed on the exterior. All warranty items will be returned freight prepaid. A copy of the BigOAudio.com invoice must be included with all returns for credit and will be subject to a restocking fee of 15%, minus shipping and handling.
Merchandise must be in "new" or "like-new" condition. Returns will be credited at the price paid on the invoice (less any restocking fee). If no invoice/receipt is included with the return, BigOAudio.Com will issue credit at the current selling price or the price at the time of sale, whichever is lower.
All items must be returned complete and with all original parts/documentation. Any missing parts or damaged packaging will be deducted from amount credited. Items returned with missing accessories (i.e. remote controls, wire harnesses, etc.) are subject to a charge for the replacement of these missing items. Items returned physically or cosmetically abused will not be accepted for credit. If defective, product will be repaired and returned in the same cosmetic condition in which it was received by us.

Abuse and/or Installation Error 

BigOAudio.com defines abuse as, but not limited to, burnt voice coils (blackened, no continuity, melted adhesives, coil separated from the former, etc.) punctured or damaged surrounds, broken speaker terminals, bent, chipped or broken frames, ripped spiders or damaged back plates. Speakers submitted with any of the above will be considered out of warranty. BigOAudio shall not be held liable for incidental loss of use, installation or removal and reinstallation charges associated with defective or returned product. Products that have been improperly installed may not be covered by this or any other warranty. We highly recommend having all car stereo equipment professionally installed. All returns, exchanges and refunds are processed immediately upon receipt. Please allow 2 weeks from the time you return your item for your refund or exchange to arrive. If paid by credit card, please allow 2 billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement.
