Shipping & Delivery
At Bigoaudio we are committed to getting your order safely to your doorstep as fast as possible and at minimum cost. Depending on the item(s) you purchase on Bigoaudio.com and the location to which the items will be delivered, different shipping methods will be available. Each shipping method has its own restrictions and charges that will be applied to your order. At checkout, you will be prompted to choose a shipping method for your item(s). Shipping costs are dependent on the items in your order and the shipping method you select. Your total shipping charges will automatically compute during checkout prior to the completion of your order. You will be provided with the total shipping cost for your order during Checkout. Generally, you will have the option of upgrading your shipping method for faster delivery (such as Three Day Ground, Second Day Air or Next Day Air service). If you choose to upgrade your shipping method, your order must be received and clear credit authorization by 12:00 p.m. (noon) PST or your order may not be processed until the following business day. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. At this time we do not ship to Military APO / FPO address, we do not ship International. When shipping to Canada.

 

Note: Brokerage fees, import tariffs, customs duties, customs clearance fees and value added taxes, as well as other local taxes, may apply to international orders and are assessed by customs authorities at the time of delivery. Bigoaudio does not calculate these fees at the time of order, and they are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. Please inquire with local customs authorities for more information regarding applicable fees. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser on all returned orders. Refunds will be for the merchandise amount only. Bigoaudio cannot refund any duties, taxes or fees paid on the order. Shipping rates may increase for items that are considered by the carrier as oversized, overweight, or require special handling of any kind.

Returns & Replacements
In order to properly process and expedite your return, please follow these instructions: 1. E-mail our Customer Service Department for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). Let us know the Order Number and reason for return. You will find your order number on your invoice copy. 2. Bigoaudio will issue you an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). Please write this number on the outside of the package so we can correctly process it in the Return Department. 3. Re-pack your return in a sturdy shipping carton using indestructible packing tape. Please pack it in the original manufacturer's packaging with all included the instructions, wires, etc. All returns need to include original packaging and all related hardware. Please do not ship the item in the original retail box as they were not designed for the stresses of shipping. 4. Send your return to: Bigoaudio Attn: Returns (your order #) P.O. Box 5767 Oceanside, CA 92052-5767 Make sure to keep a record of the returning shipment. Bigoaudio cannot be responsible for the returned items until we have signed for the packages. You are responsible for return shipping charges. Bigoaudio also cannot be held responsible for any items lost or damaged in shipping. Please allow the usual banking time for refunds to appear on your credit card statement. Often this will be one month. Bigoaudio does not accept COD's on returns. If you paid by Credit Card, credit will be applied to the card used to place the original order. Please check the date on the credit card originally used. If the card is expired, the credit will not process. If you paid by check or money order, please allow 2 weeks after the return is processed to receive your refund check.
Payment Verification
The order details screen shows the status of your order. It displays all the items you bought and tells you which ones have been shipped. If all or part of an order has been shipped, you'll see the order shipped date. If your shipment was sent via a track able method, a tracking number will be displayed. Follow this link for additional tracking information about your order. Sometimes the tracking number is available before the carrier has actually picked up your package. In this case, you'll get an error message, such as "Unable to track shipment," when you visit the carrier's Web site. If this happens, try tracking your order again in a few hours. In order to guard you the customer against credit card fraud we may contact you if the following occurred: 1. If the billing and shipping address are different - We must verify that the alternate shipping address is authorized. Please contact your credit card issuer bank and list your ship to address as an alternate address in their memo field. Please inform us as soon as you added your shipping address and we will verify it with your credit card issuer bank. 2. If your order is over the average order amount - We must verify that you are the credit card holder. You may receive a call from us to verify proof of address and phone number of the credit card holder.
Viewing Orders
To view status of your order and tracking information for orders or partial orders that have been shipped: 1. Click the My Account link on Bigoaudio web page. 2. Click on my Orders link to see a list of your orders, displayed by date. 3. Click the view order to see order details.
Updating Account Information
To update your account information please do the following: 1. Click the My Account link on Bigoaudio web page. 2. Click on Account Information link to see your information. 3. At this time you can update and change your information.
